I'm selling my Meat City Reverse flow offset smoker with a cook/heating cabinet.
Made to go down the side of a house, it measures 82cm at its widest point (the wheels).
It consists of 2 cooking chambers:
- The main chamber is 100cm wide and 47cm deep
- The cabinet over the firebox is 60cm high, 48cm deep, and 47cm wide.
The main chamber has 2 shelves made of 3mm thick mesh steel
- Top Shelf is 35 cm deep by 81cm wide
- Bottom Shelf is 47cm deep by 87cm wide.
It has 4 entry points for thermometer cables.
- It has 2 shelves sitting directly over the firebox for indirect heat
- 2 adjustable vents to let hot air up from the firebox and 4 top vents.
- There is also a grill plate that can be used to replace the vents and grill.
The front shelf is L-shaped and wraps around the smoker with 2 securing points, and it is strong enough to walk on.
There are 3 Tel-Tru thermometers one for each level of the grill, and for the cabinet.
The 2 wheels have already been replaced with solid tyres.
It moves around pretty easily on the flat but weighs 350 - 400kg.
