The 40 kg Monolith Junior Pro Series 2 is a popular ceramic Kamado for outdoor chefs, perfect for balconies, gardens and smaller spaces alike. It can be used on a trolley or as a stand-alone unit in your outdoor kitchen.

The Junior can BBQ, roast, sear, steam, bake, grill, and smoke food to tasty perfection. The Junior is the perfect choice for small gardens or terraces. It’s easy to transport, so you can cook to your heart’s content practically anywhere.

All Monoliths are built with a stapled stainless steel and fibreglass gasket using high-quality metal bands, armed with brand-new cast iron exhaust valves, and fitted with the novel slide system for greater stability.

Starter set includes:

  • Monolith Junior 2.0 Grill: A fully-fledged MONOLITH kamado with cart - for stability and optimum working height.
  • Monolith Junior Cover: A weatherproof cover made of robust Oxford nylon fabric with UV protection, so that the barbecue is also well protected outdoors.
  • Monolith Charcoal (1 bag): FSC-certified, CO₂-neutral and with a high calorific value - grilling with high-quality fuel from the start.
  • Monolith Cherry Pellets: to get started with aromatic smoking straight away.
  • Monolith Mono-lighter: an electric barbecue lighter with approx. 2,000 W power and approx. 600 °C hot air that ignites the charcoal in just a few minutes and without any chemicals - ideal for ceramic barbecues in particular.
