Meat Deliveries

WHEN WE DELIVER
Orders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Orders on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday for delivery on Friday.

Please only order when you know someone will be available to receive the delivery on the scheduled day. If your order has not arrived by the expected time, please call the courier as soon as possible for an update before calling us. We do not accept any responsibility for the meat defrosting if it is left outside on the delivery day. DO NOT REARRANGE THE DELIVERY DAY WITH THE COURIER!

LEAVING YOUR ORDER SOMEWHERE SAFE
Our couriers have instructions that any frozen or fresh food deliveries will not be returned to the depot. In an ideal world, someone would be available to receive the order on the delivery day; if not, it would be left in the safest place possible. Please let us know a secure location to leave your order, such as a shed, garage, or porch. Pop your instructions in the comments box when you complete your order

If you are going out on the delivery day, please monitor the courier's tracking updates closely. If the parcel is delivered and you cannot find it, please get in touch with the courier as soon as possible, and they will help you faster. 

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please call the shop before noon on the day of shipment. If the order has already been shipped for delivery, we cannot cancel it. We can only switch delivery days if the order has not yet been shipped and is within the agreed-upon postage costs.

OUR DELIVERY TERMS
All meat products are shipped frozen, but may arrive partially frozen or at a chilled temperature (depending on size). As all our goods are perishable, we cannot accept returns due to health and hygiene reasons.

WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver to England and Wales only.

If you live in Scotland, please get in touch with us for a delivery quote.

Damages: If goods are damaged in transit, photographic evidence must be provided to support the claim, as it will be required for the courier company's claims process. We cannot process claims made 24 hours or more after the delivery. Goods damaged, destroyed, or returned whilst in transit will be replaced if they can still be delivered before Saturday. 

Meat Deliveries are not part of our FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50
