GMG’s built-in sous chef, high-heat side-shelf sear station, is the ultimate accessory for the new Ledge and Peak Prime 2.0 grills.

Designed to easily slide in place of the standard side shelf with high-powered infrared electric technology, with fine-tune adjusting and maximised radiant heat with lightning-fast ignition. Durable and safe carbon fibre and glass tube quartz heating coils with protective heat-resistant netting to protect objects from impacting the glass.
