Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
The massive 5 mm steel fire plate with a diameter of 740 mm can easily be placed on top of the open Monolith CLASSIC grill. To regulate the heat use the dual-disc ventilation cap.
Before initial use: the Best results are achieved after oil has been burned into the plate.
