Borniak Smoker 70 – the new model UWDT-70 with the digital controller from Borniak. This electric smoker has been fitted with the newest digital temperature controller. It’s very easy to operate by beginners and home budget friendly 🙂
You can begin with this smoker and smoke up to 10 kg of meats, fish, sausages or veggies, and fruits. It’s a great classic smoker for smoking beginners. You don’t need to know much about smoking meats. It’s really easy, you just set the temperature of smoking and fill the smoke generator up with wood chips (5 packs of woodchips included in the box).
The whole smoking process is automatic, so you can sit and relax, while the smoker does the job, and controls the temperature and smoke.
The casing is manufactured from aluzinc sheets, resistant to unfavourable weather conditions. The inside has been made with materials approved for food contact – stainless steel. Polyurethane foam provides the digital smoker with proper insulation, at the same time being a guarantee of the right smoking temperature. The temperature is regulated by a 615W burner/heater, its work is monitored by a digital thermostat.
Universal Smoking offers the possibility of both cold and hot smoking, providing a unique smoky flavor. (Note: For cold smoking, the use of a Cold Smoking Attachment is required.)
The precision of the Controller, thanks to the electronic thermostat, ensures temperature control up to 120°C, and its easy adjustment using a knob makes the operation easy and intuitive.
Usage and Energy Saving due to special wall insulation, silicone seal, and magnetic closure ensure user comfort and minimal energy consumption.
