Making a BBQ Marinade Injection
A quick video to show one of the many uses a BBQ Rub can be put to in this case to make an injection marinade for beef brisket.
We love it and use it on different meats for BBQ's or cooking in the house
Works well first time using and keeps meat
nice and juicy
Nice varied chunks of Pimento , pricey due to import prices but as Firefly say , soak in water and wrap in foil . Will compliment my Dunns River Jerk rub & marinade well .
