We combine Jalapeños slowly fermented for two years in Spanish Oak with apple cider vinegar and a hint of beech smoke to create this spicy, sweet delight. Our Smoked Jalapeño Jam is hot, but not too hot!
Directions for use: Excellent in a burger or perfect with a cheeseboard. Goes perfectly on fish tacos, beef tacos, vegan tacos, and any tacos. Add it to mayo or tartar sauce, or whisk it into a vinaigrette to give your salad a quirky kick.
