Who we are
Jason Latham is the multi-award-winning BBQ pitmaster and executive head chef with over 25+ years of experience in Commercial kitchens. The mastermind behind the Quarter House Beer & BBQ kitchen is the former pit master at MCR Smoke House, Twenty-One Smokehouse & grill and numerous others of the North West’s best-loved restaurants. Jason is also driving the pop-up brand ‘Love from the Streets’ and UK Competition BBQ team ‘All Smoke No Knickers’.
ACCOLADES
Jason is a part of the UK BBQ competition Team ‘All Smoke No Knickers’. The crowning glory of the team was winning G.O.T Fire Cook of the year 2019; this was the first event of its kind in the country, where competitors could only use live fire to cook, in a field and had to produce restaurant-quality dishes. Lots of Other awards Find Jason playing with fire & conducting demonstrations at ‘Feast of Fire’ / monolith Ceramic Grills and ProQ BBQ & smokers in and around the UK & Europe.
