KCBS Chicken Skin Prep - slicing the fat away
I know a few people that do this but i have never seen it myself. I have always been scraping the skin which takes ages. So this was All Seasoned Dutch BBQ teams Edwin.
Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
