After many months of testing, refining, testing, and trials we have finally managed to finish our new rub and sauce.
Introducing our new:
Lone Star Pepper Rub made with Organic black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and a blend of the finest herbs and spices to make this no nonsense Dallas style rub perfect for brisket.
Finishing Glaze made with sweet Agavé Nectar a naturally low Gi for a nice gloss, and Yuzu a Japanese citrus hi in Vitamin C add sourness like floral lime makes the perfect balance of sweet, and sour.
