Sauce King NYC™ is always the best excuse on the planet to get old and new Food Karma Projects culinary friends and colleagues together to judge the best sauces, rubs and marinades from all over the world. Every year, we look forward to this event, and 2025 brought some of the fiercest, most fiery, most delicious, and most unanticipated entrants yet!
This year, local, nationwide, and international entries filled the storage room shelves of The Bronx Beer Hall, aka the Sauce King NYC™ home base. Entrants came from all over the U.S., as well as the U.K., Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand. The Sauce King NYC™ ballot was pages long and absolutely bursting with flavour. Most importantly, each judge had an insanely grateful and happy palate by the end.
