Spicy barbecue chicken pieces, covered with sauce- easy cooking for a midweek dinner!
Only used it a couple of times but it cooked my steaks a treat and stops me getting in trouble filling the kitchen with smoke.
Just used this for the first time.
It’s an excellent piece of kit and it cleaned up a treat afterwards.
Did a 2.5k chicken with roasted potatoes and carrots and easily fed 6 with leftovers - all with minimum supervision and basting.
Very impressed, but as a preference I think rotisserie takes some beating.
We love it and use it on different meats for BBQ's or cooking in the house
