Simply perfect slobber juice! Took a 12 hours very low temp brisket to another level, absolute game changer, and made it a win. Served with dirty mac n cheese and bbq corn and it was just incredible. Cannot speak highly enough, by the end of the night there were some of the boys having it in shots!
Just what I needed for authentic jerk bbq and about half the price/kg of anyone else I could find!
I also really enjoyed the little card with the tagline ‘because nobody has friends over to microwave’
Excellent seasoning all round really tasty
Only place I can find that supplies Pimento wood for real Jerk BBQ. Burns fairly quickly so you might need to use a fair bit fir a long cook but the result is worth it.
