Precision Air Control allows me to dial it in on those low and slow cooks. Almost set it and forget it.

I used the black magic rub on two nice ribeye steaks. One seared and then put on indirect. The other I did a reverse sear. They were both excellent, but the reverse sear seems to have a richer flavour. This rub has a little more salt than the one I use normally. I will sprinkle a little lighter next time. Great rub for beef!
Fantastic pot, works brilliantly with the grid ststem. Just be aware, it is really heavy (le chef size). Braised a bid piece of beef beautifully.
