Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
The offset chimney piece's are great for using Ozpig in an undercover (but open) space. It allows you to offset the chimney outside by 400mm. Always ensure adequate ventilation. (Ozpig wood fired stoves are not for indoor use).
