Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
The Big Pig offset chimney is great for using Big Pig in an undercover (but open) space. It allows you to offset the chimney outside by 400mm. Always ensure adequate ventilation. (Ozpig wood-fired stoves are not for indoor use)
