The Primo Heat Deflector Plates for Oval Grills are flat ceramic stones that, once placed into position, simply convert your Primo Grill into an oven. The stones will deflect heat away from the food, so you can roast, bake and smoke your favourite foods. The ceramic Heat Deflector Plates must be used in conjunction with the Heat Deflector Racks, and for each specific Oval grill model. Available to fit specific models, Oval XL 400, Oval LG 300 and Oval JR 200. Please choose your model when ordering.
Why we like this product: These heat-deflector plates hang below the grills and are held in place by the Heat Deflector Racks/Drip Pan Racks. Using the Heat Deflector Plates, you can create a barrier between the hot fire and the food. You can also use it to hold a water pan, catch drippings for gravy making, or anything else you can think of.
