Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
This sublime blend of Apple Wood, American Hickory, and Red Oak is mature but gentle. If you’re unsure about which pellets to use, choose the Apple blend for hardy flavours. You can’t go wrong with this one!
