Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
Replace or update your Damper Top. The Damper Top has 6 positions that allows you to dial in to your desired airflow. The Damper Top also features a top hood to keep out rain.
Replacement Gasket not included.
