Making some Amarillo Chilli paste for show specials for the BBC Hampton Court show and Fiery Foods Festival in Brighton.
We love it and use it on different meats for BBQ's or cooking in the house
Works well first time using and keeps meat
nice and juicy
Nice varied chunks of Pimento , pricey due to import prices but as Firefly say , soak in water and wrap in foil . Will compliment my Dunns River Jerk rub & marinade well .
