  2. 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  4. 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  5. 1/4 cup grated onion
  6. 1 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Slather

  1. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  2. 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  3. 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  4. 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  5. 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Rub:

Kansas Sweet&Smoky, Texas Hot'nSpicy, Power Rub.
