Simply perfect slobber juice! Took a 12 hours very low temp brisket to another level, absolute game changer, and made it a win. Served with dirty mac n cheese and bbq corn and it was just incredible. Cannot speak highly enough, by the end of the night there were some of the boys having it in shots!

After making my pork belly burnt ends in the usual way using a little of the sauce in the final cooking stage. Then draining almost all the juices out of the dish. Added a lot of the cherry sauce to the burnt ends. Went back to the smoker for another 15 mins. Spectacular!!!!!

I have this on literally everything. I actually get withdrawals when I run out it's so good. Takes a little while for the brain to adjust to cherry flavoured bbq sauce, but after a while it's a must-have.

This sauce is, in a nutshell, incredible. Wasn't sure what to expect from a cherry sauce but I am glad I gave it a go. Working my way through the range of Firefly sauces and have yet to be disappointed. I really don't think I ever will be. Do your food a favour and try it!

This sauce is an amazing sauce,I first used it on St louis style ribs,savoury and sweet! This and the Korean BBQ sauce are my 2 favourites, closely followed by the rest of them! People who have a gluten intolerance can eat them too!

I marinaded some chicken wings and two poisons with oil and a rub. After time in the oven I applied the sauce and pit in for another ten mins. The result was a great tasting sweet/spicy glaze with a bit of fire. This lifted the taste of the chicken and added an element of juiciness without the sticky overpowering result of other barbecue sauces. Well done.
