The shop will be closed this weekend as we will be at the Fields to Fork Festival on Saturday and Sunday. We will also be closed on Monday for the Bank Holiday.
We will be open as usual on Tuesday, so any meat orders will be sent out then.
Only place I can find that supplies Pimento wood for real Jerk BBQ. Burns fairly quickly so you might need to use a fair bit fir a long cook but the result is worth it.
