Named after an amazing chef that we met whilst traveling in the South of England.  This amazing food rub combines the perfect amount of sweet & heat flavours so that it will appeal to any pallet.  This is our go to rub for so many dishes.  Cheers Big Red!!

An original ‘Sweet-Heat’ rub.  

Mild to no heat.  

Use on poultry, pork & fish.  

For a little twist use in mac & cheese.


Dark brown sugar, sugar, smoked salt, onion, paprika, celery, oregano, Kashmiri chilli, mustard, white pepper, ginger, allspice cayenne.
