Grape Wood Chunks
One of the lightest smoking woods, grape has a sweet and mild flavour that makes it excellent for smoking white meats, including fish and chicken. It is also great for cooking desserts (Smoked Apple Pie, anyone?). It is commonly used with pork because of its slightly sweet and subtly smoky flavour.
Our grape chunks are sourced from the best European Vineyards, often paired with white meats such as pork or poultry but work great with vegetables and fish too!
FireFly Tip: Use smoking chunks when you want longer, more drawn-out smoke! Ideal for use in a Kamado.
