Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
The offset chimney extension piece adds to the overall length of the offset to the flue.
N.B. When using the offset chimney extensions use a tentpole to supprt the weight of the chimney so that you do not counterbalance your Ozpig.
