After being disappointed by years of hot sauces that lacked flavour, had a chemical aftertaste, and used cheap chilli to bulk up the heat, we decided to create our own. Our Caribbean-style sauce blends tropical fruits with the world's hottest chilli, the Carolina Reaper. Despite the fruity, sweet Alphonso mango and papaya, the Carolina Reaper's oncoming onslaught leaves no doubt why it holds the world record for heat. We use only Carolina Reaper and no other chilli, so you can fully taste the fruitiness of the chilli, experience the delayed rush of heat at the back of your throat, and enjoy the slowly diminishing after-burn. Please be warned!

The Carolina Reaper chilli is currently rated as the hottest chilli pepper in the world at 2.2 Million SHU (2017)

How to use it:  Its ideal as a marinade or for drizzling to make a dish more daring. Sprinkle on tacos, fajitas, and burritos. Add to your favourite barbecue sauce, stews, curry and pasta sauces. Brush on to grilled steaks, ribs and chicken.

The best!

I've had a few different reaper sauces, this one had by far the highest reaper content, really hot like it should be and beautifully balanced by the flavour. Strongly recommended.

Reaver's Caroline Reaper Hot Chili Sauce

One of the best hot sauces available. Flavour is second to none and the heat is exceptional, without losing flavour. One of my "go to" sauces. Always in my cupboard. First class. Not for the faint of heat!

Hot and Tasty!

Don't be fooled by the pleasantly mild fruity aroma when you smell the bottle, it packs one hell of a punch! Definitely one of the hottest sauces I've had in the UK. It's the perfect sauce for chilli veterans, you'll love it guaranteed!

Super hot with a nice twist

Bought this bottle of hot sauce at the Liverpool food allergy show after tasting the various samples. This has to be one of the hottest sauces out there. Starts of with a nice fruity flavour but then the heat keeps on developing and you soon find out that this is one eye watering product. Not for the faint hearted - be warned.
