After being disappointed by years of hot sauces that lacked flavour, had a chemical aftertaste, and used cheap chilli to bulk up the heat, we decided to create our own. Our Caribbean-style sauce blends tropical fruits with the world's hottest chilli, the Carolina Reaper. Despite the fruity, sweet Alphonso mango and papaya, the Carolina Reaper's oncoming onslaught leaves no doubt why it holds the world record for heat. We use only Carolina Reaper and no other chilli, so you can fully taste the fruitiness of the chilli, experience the delayed rush of heat at the back of your throat, and enjoy the slowly diminishing after-burn. Please be warned!

How to use it:  Its ideal as a marinade or for drizzling to make a dish more daring. Sprinkle on tacos, fajitas, and burritos. Add to your favourite barbecue sauce, stews, curry and pasta sauces. Brush on to grilled steaks, ribs and chicken.
