It has a fundamental role as a great medium-sized utility knife, but also excels at ensuring that no scraps of delicious flesh are left on the bone during prep. It’s also got a hint of flex, and can double up as an extremely able filleter.

Every one of our BBQ range sees their handles made from superbly grippy and incredibly durable Micarta, with a colour accent provided by a near-indestructible glass laminate. Individually shaped and buffed by hand, they’re as far from ‘off the shelf’ as it’s possible to get.
