Fantastic smoker, good air circulation, easy to get going up to temp and then just hang the meat and relax for a few hours. No need to babysit the fire.
Amazing taste, wasn't expecting the extras i.e. sealable bags, two pairs of disposable gloves.
The BBQ elements heat , meat and eat . These escalate the eat to where you want to meet .
This is a great sauce, bought the smaller size to try and will definitely get it 1lt sizes from now on. The heat cooks off if you use it as as marinade. So I would advice using it to finish so it retains its flavour and heat
