FireFly Barbecue will be inside at the Fiery Foods Festival 2015
We love it and use it on different meats for BBQ's or cooking in the house

nice and juicy
Nice varied chunks of Pimento , pricey due to import prices but as Firefly say , soak in water and wrap in foil . Will compliment my Dunns River Jerk rub & marinade well .
