Kansas Turkey Escalope & Butter Fried Egg

Ingredients:

4oz Turkey breast 

30g of flour

Two eggs beaten 

30g of panko breadcrumbs

Kansas Rub sprinkle on egg & in the flour mix 

40g butter 

Egg (to fry in a bit of butter) 

 

Three separate bowls; Kansas Rub seasoned flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

Dip the turkey in the flour mix, dusting off any excess, then into the beaten egg and then into panko breadcrumbs.

 

Shallow fry in a medium heat pan for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature hits 75c
