Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
This door was designed to fit into the original small Big Green Egg draft door track with no modifications. It is easy to install and remove for easy clean-out.
***NOTE: If you have a medium, large or XL Big Green Egg, this will not fit
