Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.

Turn the grid over for a flat searing surface, perfect for fish or seafood. After use lightly coat the grid with oil. Do not leave the cast iron grid inside the grill during the heat cleaning cycle.
