Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
Monolith Junior fire box
The fire box stands in the base of the monolith and holds the coals.
By incorporating an increase under the fire box, there is a constant air flow to the fuel.
The fire box is made of high quality ceramic.
