Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.
This spare part (protector disc) from Monolith fits the Junior line and is made of high-quality ceramic.
The base plate is placed on the bottom of the Monolith Junior and is used for additional insulation in the ceramic grill.
