Was recommended the dirty dozen from a colleague. Only tried a few to date, both rubs and marinades have been excellent.
Haven't used them yet but supplier had a good reputation so im sure they'll be good.

Simply grill directly over the charcoal on one side while using the other area indirectly with a heat deflector and a fat tray.
