The new MONOLITH smartCONTROL is an all-in-one control system for charcoal and kamado grills. The system combines temperature measurement and active temperature control with a built-in fan, two wireless food probes, a display, and a 4,000-mAh battery in a single compact device. The user sets the desired cooking temperature, smartCONTROL monitors it continuously, and automatically regulates the airflow—and thus the temperature inside the grill—via the built-in fan.

The wireless food probes each measure two temperatures simultaneously: the core temperature of the food being cooked and the temperature inside the cooking chamber. For flat foods such as spare ribs, a wired grill temperature probe is also available. Via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, smartCONTROL monitors and controls the grill via the ToGrill app —even while on the go via Wi-Fi. Alternatively, you can operate it directly on the grill itself. The built-in rechargeable battery allows for operation without a constant power connection.

smartCONTROL It’s also not limited to MONOLITH grills: a universal adapter is included in the package for other MONOLITH models and kamado grills from other brands.
