What you need

Sharp knife, chopping board, tray

 

Ingredients

Pumpkin & squashes (totally up to you)

Coriander (good pinch) 

Orange

100ml Rapeseed oil (a good splash to coat all veg)

1 bulb Garlic

1 Chilli (chopped)

1 tablespoon Florida Cuban mojo BBQ RUB

Lemon (1 cut into ½)

 

Method

Cut pumpkin and squash into suitable size bits, crush the bulb of garlic, chopped chilli and ruff chop coriander Florida Cuban mojo BBQ RUB

oil and lemon into the mix every together and cook till got some nice, charred bits, and the flesh is tender
