Second time I've bought these SWIFT USDA ribs and as per previous, they were huge and delicious!
I can buy ribs locally, but in all honesty, there's just not that much meat on them - a major issue if your meal is...ribs!
I think that the US butchers leave a lot more meat on their cuts and clearly their animals are reared for maximum payoff which is exactly what you get with this product!
Whilst I'm broadly a 'buy British meat' advocate, I won't swap these ribs - not given the price and meat yield!
Fantastic smoker, good air circulation, easy to get going up to temp and then just hang the meat and relax for a few hours. No need to babysit the fire.
Amazing taste, wasn't expecting the extras i.e. sealable bags, two pairs of disposable gloves.
The BBQ elements heat , meat and eat . These escalate the eat to where you want to meet .
